with reference to this question of mine

i am having error "Something Went Wrong" when ever i click a hyperlink showing workflow staus.

Point to note is that this is my first worflow of platform type 2013. And it works perfectly fine but throw this error out whenever i click on its status hyperlink to a page(containing tasks, workflow history and workflow information.)

well i just downloaded the ULS viewer and search for that specific corelation-id in uls logs....

logs with that particular id are being separated by "******"

following are the ULS logs i found

This error can be due to some of the controls on the workflow status page not rendering properly. For example, if Visio visualization is enabled to show the workflow status, but the feature is not setup correctly, the system can throw this error.

Try to disable Visio services in Central Admin?

See also another potential solution:

If open the workflow status page error. In ULS viewer Log :

Application error when access /_layouts/15/WrkStat.aspx, Error=Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
 at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPQuery..ctor(SPView view)

The solution is to delete view All Tasks in Task and create again this view with the standard view. Fill the name view with All Task and select the column.

Sometimes, it requires an IISReset on the server just to shake things up and get them connected properly.

There are people who have reported not seeing the SharePoint 2013 Workflow option after configuration and come back the next day to find it magically appear.

This is likely because their app pools got recycled overnight. Definitely worth a shot.
