How to trigger same microsoft flow for different document libraries

Question

I have several Document libraries in which whenever a file is uploaded into a document library flow should be triggered.So is it possible to trigger the document library on a single flow instead of a separate flow for each document library.

Not possible.
This is highly voted request on Power Automate idea (user voice) platform - link.

Closest what you can do - create one child flow with all business logic. Then create 3 separate trigger flows for each list/lib and call that child flow. Literally do not do anything else - just trigger and one action "Run a Child Flow". In this case you will have centralized all logic and "actual" code in single (child) flow that process all items from all lists.
