A method of the SPSecurity class, RunWithElevatedPrivileges executes the specified method with Full Control rights even if the user does not otherwise have Full Control.

Get list items even if user does not have access to those items
Well, SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges should do the trick.
Make sure, you create a new SPSite/SPWeb within the elevated code block:
