How maycan I append/addcapture a URL parameter ( fromParameter on top of a list view page )so that I may append it to the subsequent newifs.aspx after clickingURL of an "Add New Item" button?

IScenario: I have a sitelist page with 2 "List Views", which hadthat has already been both filtered byfrom a prior table via a URL parameter. Under each List View How do I carry that URL parameter over when "create a new item" button is the default "Add New Item".clicked?

Issue: How canOn the form page itself, I addhave no problem getting the "PupilID"URL parameter from the URL above to populate the subsequent Newifsform field itself.aspx I just can't figure out how to get that parameter added to the URL from the previous filtered list page when the "Add New Item""add new item" button is clicked?.( at least find a solution that works ).

Any help would be graciously appreciated.
