This question is regard to SharePoint Online 2013. I know that there has got to be a tutorial out there but for some reason my google searches have become fruitless.

I have a teamsite setup and I have a custom list setup. At this point all I want to do is have a "thank you" or some sort of a confirmation page to show up after the user has submitted a list item. Basically instead of taking the user to the list screen from which they came when adding a new item I would like them to get a thank you page instead. I am familiar with using SharePoint designer and I am sure that this will require it's use. I know this is simple so I appreciate the help.
