sharepoint search should work Search for not exactly matching words .that aren't complete

I needed some search information .I am a novice with SharePoint search  . When I try to search for "pradeep", I get the correct results.

But But my requirement is that even if iI type "pra" in the search  , iI should get the results. How

How is itthis possible? Right now I am unable to get the result when I type "nik".
