I have created a sharepointSharePoint workflow in SP Designer 2010 for a automated email sending functionality when a list item is modified.

  1. I am able to send email with 'Send an Email'Send an Email action. But when iI use 'Send Email Extended' iSend Email Extended, I am not getting the email. iI can add users in the 'Define EMail Message'Define Email Message dialogue box. butBut later if iI open the action's property box i am, I'm seeing the RecipientTORecipientTO and RecipientCCRecipientCC fields are showing "No Builder Specified""No Builder Specified". How can iI input TO and CC address fields.?

  2. If iI want to add a BCC field how can iI do that.?
