in the view i can deselect them, but my issue is when making extraction to msaccess, they appear in the file. ( of if i link msaccess to Sharepoint, when the data is imported to msaccess , these columns appear )

The name of columns are "3" and "XXX" which i think i put them when created some workflows. I deleted all workflows , but the columns still appear.

The columns i am trying to delete do not appear in my list of columns.

i tested now, and it seems is working as i like. I would migrate all columns to new tasks list. thank you for your answer. Wondering if i can input a custom template ?

Thanks, i gave up as I can't reach menus like showed there. I think i am under limited access, as it is sharepoint main site of corporate.

I have installed on my PC the Sharepoint designer, but when i want to open the site with it , i have the error saying: "this website has been configured to disallow editing with Sharepoint designer. Contact your web site administartor for more information."
