Visio Services runs as a SharePoint Server 2013 service application, letting users share and view Visio diagrams. It also enables data-connected Visio diagrams to be refreshed and updated from various data sources.

Internal Error #3400 when trying to check in a visio file to a document library
I was able to check in the file once I populated the required metadata. It would be much more helpful if Visio opened the document panel with the required fields as most other Office applications do.
