Im creating Sharepoint application where user put their tickets. The ticket will be restricted by perrmission to be only accesible by the creator, assignee and group of user which are responsible to assigning tasks.

But the company is big and therefore managers need to have access to tickets which are submited by their employees. I can write event handler which add all required permissions to concret list item. But ther is problem with manager. The manager of user can be changed in time because of that i cannot make easy access right to user manager.

I need something more than permissions on list item. I need security layer or something simular. Is there any posibility how to implement perrmision for manager of creator?
