ribbon Ribbon button using autohosted app don'tdoesn't show up

iI have created Empty Element in an autohosted App and tried this code tofor element.xml in autohosted app then then uploaded & deployed it to officeOffice 365 but nothing happened, isIs there anyanother step iI should dotake?

i have tried this code to element.xml in autohosted app then uploaded & deployed it to office 365 but nothing happened, is there any step i should do?
