I've marked this question as correct as it provides all I need to solve the problem, I'll update my answer a final time once I've gotten it working correctly.

I've updated my code to reflect some changes made. Still a bit stuck, but I'll keep fiddling around with it this weekend.

Hmm, it seems that I still get the same error which is odd. However I seem to be able to get the number of items in each list but not their id's, title's or anything else. I'm fairly sure I'm binding the ASyncQueries together correctly but I'll have to elaborate later OOH when I get the chance.
