This is a bug introduced with this CU. Looks like this only happens to localized webs. It is already listed as known issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4484505/security-update-for-sharepoint-server-2019-sept-8-2020
Workaround is to use classic mode at the moment.
As far as I heard, there are already some cases open for this behavior.
The best approach is to build brand new Windows Server 2019 VMs. Join them to the existing SharePoint farm, transfer over the Service Instances, repoint DNS/load balancer as required, then remove the 2012 R2 servers from the farm.
Upgrading Windows Server in-place is highly discouraged.
What account did you use to publish and run the workflow?
When we create an item using system account, the workflow will not start automatically.
If you want to use system account, please activate “Workflows can use app permissions” site feature through going to site settings->site actions->manage site features. And use App steps in workflow in ...
In the error message, it shows you use "contains" in the filter action.

Try to restart following service in services.msc:
Restart SharePoint Server search 15
Restart SharePoint Timer Service
If the issue still exists, delete the existing SSA and recreate the search service application to check if crawl works well.
If you are using Site Pages, the link in the navigation is actually updated automatically if you rename the page. And if you delete it, it disappears. I tested it just now.
But this doesn't work for publishing pages (the link doesn't get updated and you get an "page not found" if you rename it).
There is no OOB solution for this. Consider using Event Receiver to customize the error message.
See a few samples here:
Create custom error page for SharePoint event receiver.

I would fire up Fiddler and intercept the network traffic between the client and SharePoint. Can you establish a direct connection to one of the front-end servers by changing your local hosts file? This way you bypass the load balancer.
You got two options, either detach the database using either PowerShell (Dismount-SPContentdatabase which is the same as selecting "Remove content database" in Central Admin) or use the option in Central admin first and then remove it from SSMS.
Or you can use Remove-SPContentDatabase cmdlt to remove the content database and it's connections in ...

We could set a site homepage which is stored in the Pages (or Site Pages) library of your site.
There is only one site homepage in a site, the homepage set later overwrites the homepage set before.
