you can access it from the sharepoint not from the page itself like this 

    Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.ListItem["FieldName"]

and if you need the field itself not the value 

    Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.ListItem.Fields["FieldName"]
