Here are the steps I am taking
Updating the existing MDS to enable hub (setting URI to a specific site collection)
Update the content type in the site collection to be set to publish

Content Type Subscriber has its last run = N/A
I tried to publish some content types inside my site collection hub, but the content types were not published correctly, as they did not appear under custom content types at the other site collections....
