Form customizer in Document Library throws error

Question

I have created form customizer using SPFX extension and associated it with document content type. Now, if i use document library in classic view, after uploading a document i am getting Sorry something went wrong error. If I try to edit/view existing document properties my custom form is loading fine. I am facing only after uploading document in classic library. In modern page, we are not getting edit form after uploading document. if we get same behavior that also fine as we need to skip this error.
