Use azure access_token to display private sharepoint docs that are embedded in Web App

Question

I have a web app where I am displaying few docs/excel in iframe which are private and can only be accessed by people to whom permission was given.

I authenticated via azure AD but that's not enough it asks for authentication to sharepoint.

Is there a way authentication to azure can be used to access those docs.
