We are using On-Premis SharePoint 2019 and we want the functionality of Team Collaboration and MS Office files (excel, word, etc.) editing in the browser.

So, we have configured Office Online Server. We have completed All the required configurations and are also binding with SharePoint 2019. We use the internal HTTP method for configuration. enter image description here enter image description here

We are facing issues to open documents in the browser. The screenshots are attached herewith.

Another thing I notice is that when I inspect the elements and go to the WebApplicationFrame, the document URL has the localhost name of the SharePoint server instead of the public IP. Attach screenshot. enter image description here
