I have a problem with a custom workflow in a SharePoint Online bookstore.

I created the workflow for the approval of the content with Power Automate (Double approval, ...). Everything works except the change of version (going from minor to major once the file is approved).

Any idea to help me?

I tried to update the document properties with a block in Power Automate however unable to change the base "Version" column in SharePoint.

I noticed that my workflow works even without activating the content approval settings. How do I change that?

Bonus question: a consultancy box before me created a workflow with a button as trigger in the SharePoint:

Anyone have any idea how they did this? (the button remains active even when disabling the content approval settings).
