From the error message, it seems that external users doesn't have permission to the Client Side Assets library in SharePoint App catalog site: https://***co.sharepoint.com/sites/AppCatalog/ClientSideAssets

When we deploy spfx solutions to app catalog, Client Side Assets library would host your spfx assets(js files). So we have to have permissions to the Client Side Assets library to use the web part.

Here is a similar issue for your reference: Grant permissions to all external users on Client Side Assets library in App Catalog site

  • i access the permission settings for the https://***co.sharepoint.com/sites/AppCatalog/ClientSideAssets lib and it has unique permissions with no users inside it,, so how the internal users are using those assets then?

  • Have you try use internal users to acess the folder: https://***co.sharepoint.com/sites/AppCatalog/ClientSideAssets/1425175f-3ed8-44d2-8fc4-dd1497191294/ Feb 9 at 7:50

This could be a permissions problem. Ensure that external users have the appropriate read permissions to assets required by the web part to function.
