I added a survey (data view) web part to one of my pages and then I added another survey web part to the page that shows the results in a graphical summary I have hidden this web part. I want the results of the survey to be hidden until users clicks submit on the survey data view web part. However, submitting the survey causes the page to refresh which causes the graphical summary web part to hide again. How can I stop the page from refreshing every time a user hits submit. I have already tried adding event.preventDefault(); in javascript. Also, the submit button is not using a button tag. It is <input type="button">
