I'm new to Power Automate and creating flows but I was able to successfully create a flow that when a user completes a Form and includes attachments, a record is created in a SharePoint list. The record includes the attachments and up until last week, we were able to open the attachments from the SharePoint list. I can see the files are stored in the correct folder in the cloud.

I am not aware of any changes taking place with my flows or the location the files are stored but I don't have control over updates pushed through from our Corporate IT team. Anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions? I've been googling and searching to no avail.

Below is an image of what now appears when those with access to the SharePoint list view the record. Previously we'd just click on the attachment and the file would download or open.
