I have a SharePoint 2013 OOB site collection where I'm trying to build fly out drop downs for the Top Navigation. On the Main page, I cannot get the multi layers of menu items to display.

Support Area (Top Nav Main title, no link) Test (Second level Title, no link, displays) Test 1 (Second level menu item with link to content, does not display) Test 2 (Second level Title, no link, displays) Test 3 (Second level menu item with link to content, does not display)

Now, on several Sub Sites, that Display's the same navigation items as the parent site, the fly outs are working as expected. On the Site Settings page, with the top nav displayed, they also work as expected.

Support Area (Top Nav Main title, no link) Test (Second level Title, no link, displays) Test 1 (Second level menu item with link to content, displays) Test 2 (Second level Title, no link, displays) Test 3 (Second level menu item with link to content, displays)

On the Site Settings page, with the top nav displayed, they also work as expected. On the Site contents page, they do not work.

Using Designer, I have compared the CSS of both the Sub Sites that work and the Main Site that does not, and they appear the same, with regards to the TopNavigation settings and the V4QuickLaunch areas.

Could someone please explain where I could or should look to try to correct this? I feel like I am missing something.
