I have 100+ tasks that are done by a team on a different frequency, recurring daily, weekly, monthly, fortnightly and yearly each with an assignee and due time. I want a SharePoint list (using SharePoint designer) to do the following.
- New checklist gets created everyday, automatically.
- If a task is overdue, assigned person and his/her manager gets a reminder email.
Once every tasks on the checklist is completed, SP sends an End-Of-Day email to the manager.
Completed (or not), checklist from the previous day gets saved and archived for future reference, so any comments made to an item are retained for future reference.
At least I'd like for a recurring checklist to be produced every day automatically. As I am new to SharePoint designer, please help me by providing a relevant screenshot. Thank you very much.
