I am managing a SharePoint site for my team that primarily serves as a portal for files/documents. I am interested in looking at user activity (file downloads, page visits, site visits, etc.) but excluding certain users. Specifically, I would like to be able to get an audit log of user activity excluding my immediate team (~ 8 people). However, the audit log reporting feature on SharePoint does not allow for customizations like this.

I am in a market research role, so website creation/coding is not my forte whatsoever. Are there any solutions that don't require extensive coding knowledge? I have tried Google Analytics and can't seem to get the User ID's figured out to specify which people I would like excluded from the log.
