I'm a SharePoint neophyte without admin access. I'm experiencing an odd problem when editing items in a list. I have a column set to 'Multiple lines of text' and Enhanced Rich Text. If I edit an item in the list using the pencil to edit a single item, it's fine. But if I'm using Quick Edit to enter data directly into the cell, it adds a text box. This results in the contents only being partially displayed (or not at all), with a 'view more' link.
Does anyone know why thus happens? Or how I can stop it from happening?
