This is the scenario: I have a HR Clearance form. I need to automate the staff clearance process - so multiple section heads within the organization need to fill in details & sign on their respective sections. The doc is filled & signed sequentially. I understand this can be achieved in sharepoint - through workflows. My issue is with the digital signatures - Once the first person in the sequence signs the document, The next person edits their respective section, & signs - this invalidates the first section. Is there a workaround/solution to implement this scenario.?
