The system I'm working on is a internal subsite of a huge intranet for knowledge sharing. I have a SharePoint Page with two columns (Layout -> Textlayout -> two columns). In the first column (Column A) is content and in the other column (Column B) something like menus (see attached). I want to update the content of column A by clicking a button in column B.

My idea is that I have several pages and load them in column A (maybe as a web part). But I don't know how to realize the loading. I hope somebody could help me.

UPDATE:

I found a way to update a div of my column A.

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.2.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
$(document).ready(function(){

   $('#content').load("sites/Test/Testsite/TestWiki/menu1selection1.aspx");

});
</script>

But unfortunately it loads the whole sharepointsite - including header the short cut menu in the left. Is there a possibility to load just the real content?
