In SharePoint 2013, we have a Calendar where anyone can submit an event. After submitting, an email is sent to the user who filled up the form. I would like to modify the text in the email that is being sent but I cannot trace it anywhere. This list is linked to a SharePoint 2010 approval workflow that will start automatically when a new item is created.
I've searched throughout the workflow in the sharepoint designer but the particular email is nowhere! I have found all the rest emails that are sent during the approval but this particular one is like a ghost.
It seems that the calendar is also using an InfoPath Form. Is it possible to configure an email to be sent from infopath?
I am new to sharepoint and especially InfoPath, but I just want to add a single line of text at the end of the body of the email which should be straight forward. Thanks in advance.
