New to SharePoint. Traditionally I would throw something like this into a SQL database, but perhaps something in SharePoint would suffice and be less overhead, an overall better option.
I know there are "Lists" but I am not sure if they are feasible for per-user data storage or not. For example would you have a List per user (I would hope not) or would you specific on a List that a specific list item is marked for a user? On the flip side, if there are a lot of users each with their own unique data collection, will a single List scale well enough?
