below is a form in a table with dropdown.

<html>
<body>
    <table class="dropDownList" style="width:100%">
        <tbody>
            <tr>
                <td>
                    <select name="dropDownOptions" id="feedback_dropdown" style="width:150px;">
                        <option value="Option2">Company1</option>
                        <option value="Option1">Company2</option>
                    </select>
                </td>
            </tr>
        </tbody>
    </table>
</body>

<script>
        var el_option = document.getElementById("dropDownList");
        el_option.addEventListener("change", function() {

                if (this.selectedIndex == 1){
                    //event change link
                } else {
                    //event change link
                }

        }, false);

</script>
</html>
