Get User Properties on NewForm.aspx in Add-In

I'm trying to get user properties on newform but i get this error :

JavaScript runtime error: Unable to get property 'PeopleManager' of undefined or null reference

This is the Schema.XML of my list :

Error happens on line var peopleManager = new SP.UserProfiles.PeopleManager(clientContext);

in getO365Properties function.

Any ideas how to correctly include SP.UserProfiles.js?

After some trying, I found that this works whereas SP.SOD.executeOrDelayUntilScriptLoaded(...) does not.
