How to download all documents including the documents from folder also from SharePoint library to a physical location on desktop and rename them

I have 10,000 documents in SharePoint 2010 library. Is there any PowerShell script which will download all documents from SharePoint document library but I won't need the folder structure to be downloaded, all the documents from the sub-folders also should be downloaded to one physical location and rename all documents with some 'prefix' while downloading to physical location.
