Unable to view documents from drop of library it showing error message

When I open pdf documents from a web application, I found below error in uls logs

we uploaded some documents to dropof library and can not open and download these documents from browser and this web application configured with RBS in sqlserver

and below error in event viewer for RBS store:

  • You say you are trying to open the documents from a web application, do you mean from a custom App? Have you tried to open them the browser directly? – David Drever Feb 5 '16 at 1:31
