How about drag/dropping files into the document Library (opened in an HTML5 browser) from the Windows Explorer?
Or mapping the network drive from the Newtork node in the Windows Explorer?

  • I have already disabled this feature through PowerShell. – userAZLogicApps Jun 24 '15 at 9:48

If you have prepared your environment to use SharePoint Apps, you can use the free Download Multiple Documents app from the store.
