because I don't want ask here more stupid questions, I think I need to study SharePoint more. But, can you recommend any good books/internet sites/guides where I can learn more about SharePoint 2013 and Visual Studio solutions. It seems, that I have found only how I can create webparts, edit master page and so on...

But I want to learn; how I can create new Visual Studio project from scratch, deploy it to SharePoint and create new custom site collection, which have custom page, custom webparts and so on...

How I can create master page or what is right way to do it. How I can create my own Web template. I hope that you understand what i'm looking for...

I have used this guide now: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sambetts/archive/2013/10/17/creating-a-clean-visual-studio-solution-from-a-sharepoint-2013-site-template.aspx but I want learn more and I have to many questions.
