ISolved haveto puttedadd allfrom the designdropdownlist,checkboxlist in a updatapanel but the old anyway donttextbox displays.....................multiple

I have putted all the design in a updatapanel but the old anyway dont displays.....................

Solved to add from  dropdownlist,checkboxlist in a textbox multiple

When selecting "MS SQL Server" in the dropdownlist and also choose "Beginner" in the CheckboxList i want it to be displayed in the Textbox afther clicking the button "Add" So the result should be in the textbox MS SQL Server - Beginner In my case the code looks like this and it only displays "Beginner" in the textbox and not also the value i select in the dropdownlist enter image description here
