You can try this if I understand you correct?

Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.Web.CurrentUser.LoginName;

Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.Web.CurrentUser.LoginName;

or

HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name

HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name

and

Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.Web.CurrentUser.ID;

Microsoft.SharePoint.SPContext.Current.Web.CurrentUser.ID;
