I found this to be the easiest way...

SELECT * FROM OPENROWSET ('Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0', 'WSS;IMEX=1; DATABASE=http://portal/sites/Team/;LIST=On Call;VIEW=;RetrieveIds=Yes;', 'SELECT * FROM LIST')
