I am getting an error while opening a excel file in the SP 2013 browser window:

I am getting an error while opening a excel file in the SP 2013 browser window. The error msg - we're"We're sorry. we could not open your workbook. Its possible corrupt or using a file format. thats that's not supported. do Do you want to try open the file in excel  ?"

The excel sheet is macro enabled-enabled with password protection. I have tried removing the protect view for the file. Is there any way to resolve or hide this error msg atleast thrumessage at least through script  .
