Alternatively use a Web scoped feature and activate the feature in your web template or staple it to your site definition. I remember having similar issues, but I dont have access to the box where i experienced this right now | |

What is the best way to deal with this ? I need it to fire for every document library in a lot of sites (within the sitecollection) so scope"web"is not an option for me I think. | |
