If your field type is CALCULATEDCALCULATED, it is a known behaviour to solve this you can use SPFieldCalculated object example:

SPFieldCalculated cf = (SPFieldCalculated)item.Fields["AverageFeedBackRating"]; string cfVal = cf.GetFieldValueForEdit(item["AverageFeedBackRating"]);

SPFieldCalculated cf = (SPFieldCalculated)item.Fields["AverageFeedBackRating"];

string cfVal = cf.GetFieldValueForEidit(item["AverageFeedBackRating"]);
