comment how to allow Write-Host command to write into a file (notepad) rather than in the screen
Nice. One suggestion, use $linkObject = New-Object PSObject -Property @{"FileName"=$file.name; "Url"=$link.url} to create $linkObject in one simple line

comment Calculated column problem from Multiple lines of text
You can create a SharePoint workflow in either SharePoint Designer or Visual studio. For the JavaScript solution, which I will only recommend if you can't do any of the "real" solutions, you would need to create your "calculated" field as an ordinary field, disable inline editing in all views and then customize the two forms to hide the "calculated" field and update it before submit

comment Event receiver on newly created site
No the only feature to that needs activation is the one with your Event Receiver make sure it's at Site Collection scope (Site in Feature.xml). And it should fire on any subsite created after that.

comment Event receiver on newly created site
@Ishani WebAdding happens before the site is created (at all) primary giving you the posibility of preventing the addition. WebProvisioned happens when everything has been created.

comment Provider Hosted App Web Part
Yes that's what provider hosted means. The App itself is purely configuration. If you need any form for pages (and you always do) then you need somewhere to host these. That can either be in an AppWeb site created as part of a SharePoint hosted web or somewhere else e.i. Provider Hosted.
