Design decision (Site collection Vs Subsites) to take when creating new SharePoint web application I am not big fan and expert on taxonomies, but AFAIK you can only have one per site collection. However when you create a column you can limit values i.e. Term Set that can be used. In anycase even with this limitation I would still go for a single site collection. |

SharePoint 2013 Foundation and 2013 Farm Yes, you can upgrade from Foundation to Server. Since you do have remote offices try to see if Office365 is a viable alternative, as it does offer SharePoint but also Exchange (email) and Lync (VOIP and IM) in the package... |

Problem with PowerShell script in Tasks Sheduler Windows Server 2008 R2 - SharePoint Shell Access? If you are trying to backup your Content databases then yes, it should have. If you are still having problems try to run PowerShell Shell as a different user (CONTOSO\sp_powershell) and troubleshoot permissions. |
