What are some good books in order to study for the 70-668 SharePoint exam? Thanks for your reply Muhammad. Do you know if the book "Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Administration: Real World Skills for MCITP Certification and Beyond" by James Pyles is any good? |

SharePoint 2010 events: “SharePoint Web Services Round Robin Service Load Balancer Event: Initialization” Hello Maria, I'm sorry, but I never managed to resolve it. The farm that had this event ended up being reinstalled by a consulting firm for other reasons than this event. |

Suddenly getting “The local farm is not accessible. Cmdlets with FeatureDependencyId are not registered.” For me it turned out to be insufficient permissions on the configuration database in SQL. |

SharePoint 2010: Removing link border around image using the content editor web part You're right. I've created a stylesheet, added it to the site assets and linked to it in my content editor web part. Now it works. |

How to detect the edition of SharePoint 2010 installed? If you have SharePoint Server 2010 Standard, does the SharePoint Foundation GUID always get returned as well? |

SharePoint 2010: Unable to open .mht files in browser. Prompts to save .mht to disk When using Internet explorer 9 to browse to the IIS root location using a client machine, I am able to open the mht file without a prompt. Does this mean SharePoint is the culprit? What setting would cause this? |

SharePoint 2010: Unable to open .mht files in browser. Prompts to save .mht to disk Alright, so I created a new folder in IIS and added the test MHT file containing only text. When I browse to the location on my IIS server using Internet Explorer 9 it opens without a problem. Adding a more complex MHT file also opens without a prompt. When I browse from a client machine to the location, I am greeted by a save as prompt. |

SharePoint 2010: Unable to open .mht files in browser. Prompts to save .mht to disk I created a simple MHT file with only text to test like you suggested. When uploading the MHT file to a document library and opening it, I only receive the prompt to save the document. |

SharePoint 2010: Unable to open .mht files in browser. Prompts to save .mht to disk Thank you for your comment. I was afraid of this being the case. The MHT extension is associated with IE and the site is in the trusted zone and using compatibility mode. The weird thing is that I am also unable to open the .mht files in Internet Explorer 8. If anyone has any more suggestions? |

SharePoint 2010: Unable to open .mht files in browser. Prompts to save .mht to disk Thank you for your useful comment. I set the behavior for the Site Assets folder to "Open in Browser". Alas I am still unable to open the .mht file directly in my browser. I still need to save it to disk first. |
