comment Is it possible to edit the User Profile Synchronization Settings in SharePoint Online?
@WaqasSarwarMCSE If i filter them out using DirSync, they will be removed. But then they won't be able to perform Administrator or Test functions with the accounts since they have not been imported / synced in Azure AD. Do you see a way around this?

@WaqasSarwarMCSE My understanding is that if the account is imported by DirSync, then SharePoint Online will create a User Profile for it.

comment Is it possible to edit the User Profile Synchronization Settings in SharePoint Online?
Because some of these accounts are also needed to manage / test SharePoint Online as well (also Exchange Online, Yammer, ...). I've edited my previous comment to reflect this. So the accounts are needed to manage, but should not be shown in the user Profiles.

comment Is it possible to edit the User Profile Synchronization Settings in SharePoint Online?
The thing is, there are Administrator and Test accounts imported by DirSync that are needed for managing other services like Exchange Online (and SharePoint Online). So they need to be synced using DirSync. But these Administrator and Test accounts don't need to be imported in the User Profiles (in SharePoint Online). Is there a way to "filter out" certain user accounts to prevent them form being shown in SharePoint Online?

comment A certificate validation operation took milliseconds and has exceeded the execution time threshold
The SharePoint Root Authority certificate is already in my Trusted Root Certification Authorities store as detailed in KB 2625048. I still receive Event 53, Event 8321, Event 11, ... Do I need to reboot the servers for it to take effect? Or am I missing something entirely?
