If I am wrong, please correct me! Your suggestion is not a different solution from my script. I don't understand that why we set the parameters instead of using values directly. I think no difference!!

thank you for your answer but normally I have IKM Manager group which is in root site permission, has Full Control. My list is inheriting permissions. I want to stop inheritance and set the just IKM Manager group to my list. So, I need to know that do I have to set roledefinition to this group? because it is defined already!!

Thanks Amit, your example works fine for my solution. But I decided to solve my issue with property bag. I set the property with powershell. Then, I get the site from SPFarm.Local.Properties.
