comment Kerberos - Farm Account
Not sure I've understand your process, but as long as you are aware of all the extra stuff and you have read the KB article you are good to go. There will be no impact to use the farm account for PSS and there is no impact on other services setting the spn and configure delegation. Security aside.

Thank you :-) Noticed the rep was "only" 200. I though it would be 500 ;-) Thats why I talked about the half (250). Sorry.

The scenario is possible. Misunderstood a section on technet about supportability. Changed "start a site" info

I've just recreated my sp2013 environment doing the exact same thing for mysite and HNSC. If got it working :-S After the UPS setup was done the web app (not the HNSC) ist set to allow self site creation. Check out this property: msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/… and you can set this in powershell (get-spwebapplication + set property $true + wa.update()).

It could be a dummy spn, but never the less the spn has to be set if I'm not remembering the wrong thing :-)
