comment Dynamically Display List from Menu Selection
You would need to run a query against your site colelction. This requires code. +1

comment IE default security settings block any App scripts from running
In that case, I would not think so. You should just have to put the JS in a location to where you can reference it. I have not built any apps in 2013 as of yet, so I am unsure. Have you tried storing the JS files on thier server and referencing them there? If they are local, there should be no security issue.

Are you making your JQuery call externally? If so, include the JS files in your layouts folder and reference them within SharePoint.

comment SharePoint Designer 2010 WorkFlow is not able to read all the column values
Have the column names been changed at all from what you originally had? Did you change an existing column name to match your DEV? If so, when you change the name an existing column, view, list, site collection and so forth, it retains the original name it was created with. So, if I name a column A then changed the name to B in the system, it still sees it as A. SharePoint holds it values a little too well at times.

comment Missing Site Columns in NewForm, EditForm, DispForm
Did the missing columns have any validation, or look ups? If so, you might just have to recreate them.

comment Connect multiple task lists into one master task list or view
Should they not edit their items in the original list and not the master? The master is for viewing purposes only yes? If so, just make the master read only fields and that will solve the back and forth issue.

comment Connect multiple task lists into one master task list or view
No, you would have to write another workflow on the master list to update those as well. You could use lookup fields, but you would not be able to modify those on the master list. I usually use a combination of workflow and JQuery (SPServices) to create multiple list connections like what you are trying to do. I am doing it now for a project I am working on.

comment Designing a form in SharePoint 2010 based on list
If you make your own ASPX file from a blank page, you can add your own CSS to it to make it look like you want. Then use JQuery to update your list items on button click. What you have is very simple to do as far as looks and CSS needs. You can get the table view by using a DataView Web Part.

comment SharePoint Workflow Start Date
You can add a column in your list for this meta data and fill it with the date it was ran, or you can find the date it was started in your log files.

comment Assigning access to subfolder in Document Library
Might I suggest using extra list instead of folders. You can have all permission control, and folders are just a bad idea in SharePoint. Folders make your URLs too long and you can lose your files if you exceed 256 characters in your URL. Also, it can turn into a permissions nightmare once you start getting too many folders in the list. Plus it is harder for the search crawlers to find your stuff. Folders are so 90's man :)

comment Digital World Clock SharePoint Web Part
I have created world clocks in SharePoint before. I had to use an ASMX web service with JQuery to get the different time zones and daylight savings time differences. Look into web services.

comment Sharepoint user preview
What Browser are they using? SharePoint requires Active X controls, and (not sure what SHarePoint version you are using) as of 2010, SharePoint uses Silverlight quite a bit too. Make sure you have them install Silverlight and make sure they are using a compatible browser like IE or FireFox (if 2010, if 2007 FF causes CSS and functionality errors)

comment All Attachments Need to be Downloaded
Yes. I made a custom permission level to which they could only just look at the list item. When the attachment is opened, they can edit it and save the edit back to the attachment. I know in a Document library it will stay read-only, but I am using a custom list and would like them not to be able to open it at all. Just download.

comment All Attachments Need to be Downloaded
Does not matter for attachments. They are still given the option to edit the item once opened in Word. When they save it, it saves to the attachment. I need to prevent that. I do not want to use a document library either.

comment View error on AllItems.aspx
Create a new view to query less, or more spacific items. In SP 2013, you can store 30 million records in a list. The threshold is based off of the amount of items returned in the view. You can also set you item threshold limit in Central Admin. Here is a link to the limits of SharePoint technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262787.aspx#ListLibrary

This is the right answer. I just recently had to do this myself for my company.
