Thanks to everybody who is revising my edits.
My knowledge lies in general editing, that's where my reputation comes from.

How to read a column type SPUser, DateTime, Currency with EcmaScript? -.- well I see, I was blind as well. Didn't though this could be. Your edit with Alert to alert was not my problem, because I already known it had to be lower case. Thanks, now it works. |

How to read a column type SPUser, DateTime, Currency with EcmaScript? Thank you very much for your added code. As far as I assume, it looks correct. It is just that I start to get stupid errors like no property as executeQueryASync. Debugger goes through, no error until this line. |

How to read a column type SPUser, DateTime, Currency with EcmaScript? Okay, from scratch I can't use it like this. That means, atm is Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support property or method 'get_item' my error. I also have to figure out, which *.js I have to reference, because IntelliSense does not show SP.ListItem. |

How to read a column type SPUser, DateTime, Currency with EcmaScript? Thank you very much for your answer. It steps into the way how to handle it at all, but that I already figured out in general. My problem arised as I wanted to get some values of different columns and I was not able to handle it. In C# I know how to use Convert.ToXXX(item["My Column"].ToString()); |

How to read a column type SPUser, DateTime, Currency with EcmaScript? Thank you very much, this looks like what I searched for. I suggest that I can use var userInColumn = SP.ListItem.get_item("My User column").get_lookupValue() to get a valid SPUser object. I will test it. |
