comment Use jQuery to make a “column” on the default view?
Is ajax interfering? For instance if the view has grouping enabled it will load through ajax. Many other scenarios can result in ajax as well, such as enabling asynchronous loading on the XsltListViewWebPart. - if yes than your selector will most likely fail, or the resulting text is initially wrong

comment Add List Item with managed metadata field through JSOM
Sorry @SanjayBhagia I am clueless. CSOM should not work any better if the others fail, especially since JSOM fails. I'm baffled that it works for you on update, but not insert. I can't see the link between that, and content type and taxonomy. Is it 2013 or 2010? (doubt taht matters). Could you try on a clean list/spweb/spsite/web app/server/something?

Not to upset anyone, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about this answer, there are some points that bothers me; Spoonfeeding when another answer has the important parts already, using jQuery out of nowhere for no particularly good reason, copying the main and important gist from another answer, referencing a link for 2010 which has similar problems as the initial question (not using get_groups because it is for 2010) and lastly referencing myself with something that hardly looks like my name or my username :/

comment Can I add the sharepoint module to powershell? 2010 / 2013
You mean this? sharepoint.stackexchange.com/a/86122/627. Note that in 2013 you don't need any conditionals, just calling Add-PSSnapin "Microsoft.SharePoint.PowerShell" every time should work wonders

Just for the sake of it, could you try these steps: 1) Check ULS for additional exceptions. 2) Try using CSOM, remember fiddler if it works and 3) Try with REST (if 2013, or Lists.asmx(SPServices))

comment ListFeed.aspx not returning all items
What do you not get back, the fields or the items? I first though you meant items (question title), which is probably because of paging in the view, although your question body states something else

Actually, this might just work for SharePoint 2013. As you didn't specify the version you use I'll just leave this here

comment Need a page without chrome for a SP365 App
I was under the impression that by default the "app page" would always be clean in a SharePoint hosted app (at least mine always are), could you perhaps pastebin/gist your script references? (there are scripts to make the page brand based on host web)

comment SharePoint 2013 App on Google Chrome
It might as well be the loopback problem as @MuhammadRaja points out. This does depend on what type of app you have (SharePoint hosted/Autohosted/provider hosted), but I imagine you have Windows authentication, and so I would use fiddler to compare IE11 NTML authetication compared to how Chrome does it - you might get some clues

comment Copy file in a library to a folder in another library with Workflow
"On premise" as in local installs? Well yes, it is all over the place, including but not unique to 365.
